Meet Sharyn – RMT/MOT

Sharyn graduated from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in 2009 and the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada in 2020. She specializes in deep tissue, trigger point treatment, myofascial release, and sports massage. She has helped people recover from auto injuries, sports injuries, stress related pain, and general discomfort. Sharyn strives to provide her clients with an effective therapeutic treatment to help release holding patterns and increase range of motion and circulation; bringing relief from discomfort whether it be caused by injury, acute or chronic pain, repetitive movement, or the stress of daily life.

Sharyn is an athlete herself, she has enjoyed playing rugby, volleyball, basketball, softball, slo-pitch, running, and cycling. Sharyn has used her massage therapy to work with both local and international rugby clubs. Sharyn has ‘real-life’ experiences in the injury, pain, and recovery department. She is delighted to use her experience in helping others to overcome obstacles of injury and pain.

Having always enjoyed an active lifestyle, when she is not working Sharyn enjoys hiking and camping, cycling, kayaking, and photography.
